We want a App which will get the video feed of Main Camera in 4k resolution and live stream in H264 format. The feed should be available over the network through IP address.
The App may not use the Camera Hardware directly, but will use existing camera apps(Standard Built In) as mentioned in Android Documentation.

The App should get the feed in 4k resolution from existing standard camera app and live feed in h264 format in desired FPS which can be accessed over the Network.
Bidders must bid with sample of existing camera apps they have built and with 'aecap' keyword mentioned in it.
