Android app/ OCR runs on GCP services

I need an app móvil with android that includes the following requirements:
Technical requirements:
-app mobile based on android and runs on Google cloud platform( Visio service, cloud storage, etc)
-it must be deployed on my gcp account
- app must runs in offline and online mode.
The application must have the following requiérements:
MODULE 1 “SCAN IMAGE”
1.- Open app and get started (log-in)
2.- Click an option “scanner document”
3.- The app open the camera of mobile, and the user focus the card that needs obtain data( for example: ID, ID license driver)
4.- app mobile read data from the image(for example: first name, last name, address, etc)
5.- the application show the users and option like “do you want to save the following data from the document:
-show name
-show last name
-show address
( data that the app read before ( step 4)
6.-users confirm that they want save or before to confirm they can modify manually the data that the application extract. User confirm.
7.- app save information in database like: cloud storage
8.- logout from the app
MODULE 2: “CONSULT DATA”
1.- the app show a menu of filters(like: date of the scan,name, last name, address etc) that the admin want to view.
2.- app present the data [login to view URL] shows data like:
- Date of the capture
--show name
-show last name
-show address
Etc
2.- user can select a register and modify the content or in case delete.
3.- user confirm the operation

1.- app show an option
2.- the user can filter the data
3.- user select a register
4.- user can select a list of combo( data like: “ the user arrive to the office”, The user arrive to The event, etc). Completely checkbox and the app save the data.

MODULE: “ Admin” :
1.- manage users of application
Add / modify/ remove
2.- user can view the data on base of filters and show it on the app
3.- user can download reports on base of filters
