Android - build a feed screen

We are building an app for doctors, so that they can interact with their patients by posting to their followers and responding to patient posts. For this we require you to build a screen for posts.
The feed screen will have posts along with comments. Post can be a video, image with title or just text. Api is paginated and needs to be called whenever user reaches the end of feed(or preload).
In case of multiple comments, only the latest will be shown on feed screen, and on click, will be expanded on a new screen.
User can reply on comments, either from the post screen or the expanded comment screen.
The app should be performant with no fps drops or memory issues.
The app should not have bugs or crashes.
The app should should work on all android phones >= version 6 (marshmallow)
