Wir sind eine Bodenlegerfirma und benötigen eine App (iOS und Android) zur Kundenverwaltung, Inventarverwaltung und Übersicht der Baustellen.

Infos Inventarverwaltung:

- Zuweisung von Inventar auf Räume/ Regale

- Historischer Verlauf des Inventars

- Reservierung von Inventar für Kunden, Mitarbeiter und Projekte

- Zuweisung von Fotos zum Inventar

- Ausgabe des Bestandes als Excelliste (ebenfalls mit auswählbarem Zeitraum)

- Benachrichtigung, wenn Inventar eine bestimmte Schwelle erreicht hat (z.B. Hinweis, wenn nur noch 10 Eimer Kleber vorhanden sind)

Infos Kundenverwaltung:

- Erfassung von Kundendaten (Kontaktdaten)

- Erfassen von Terminen zum jeweiligen Kunden und Vergabe von Schlagörtern (Beratungsgespräch usw.)

- Upload von Dokumenten zum entsprechenden Auftrag

Informationen Baustelle:

- Ort

- Ansprechpartner (KOntaktdaten)

- Automatische Vergabe von Auftragsnummern

- Auflistung der Arbeiten (Auswahlliste)

- Besondere Hinweise

- Termin (Datum)

- Erzeugen eines PDF-Dokuments mit allen Daten inkl. Logo

Zugriffsverwaltung:

- Kunde: Zugriff auf eigene Baustelle, Upload von Fotos

- Mitarbeiter: Erfassen von Inventarentnahme und Übersicht Inventar mit Standort

- Admin: Komplette Verwaltung

We are a flooring company and need an app (iOS and Android) for customer management, inventory management and an overview of the construction sites.
Info inventory management:
- Allocation of inventory to rooms / shelves
- Historical course of the inventory
- Reservation of inventory for customers, employees and projects
- Allocation of photos to the inventory
- Output of the inventory as an Excel list (also with a selectable period)
- Notification when inventory has reached a certain threshold (e.g. notification when there are only 10 buckets of glue left)

Info customer administration:
- Collection of customer data (contact details)
- Recording of appointments for the respective customer and allocation of keywords (consultation, etc.)
- Upload of documents for the corresponding order

Information construction site:
- place

- Automatic assignment of order numbers

Access management:
- Customer: access to own construction site, upload of photos
