Flutter Based mobile Application

I'm in the very early stages of developing a mobile app that will allow customers of my Hair Salon the ability to book their appointments through an Android or iOS mobile app. I think I would prefer the development to be done in Flutter for efficiency sake, but am open to suggestions/alternatives.
The booking software we use at our salon has an appointment API that I think we could use to integrate with our existing schedule to avoid double booking. The API details are found here: [login to view URL]
I don't have designs yet. Happy to engage on that as well or present those at a later time. I'm looking for quotes from individuals for the entire project or estimations on how much time developers think it will take to build out the app.
