I’m looking for an experienced youth workshop facilitator to create and prepare a five-day (1 hour per day) workshop on bullying for teens (classmates) aged 11 to 15. The workshops is expected to be highly interactive, incorporating engaging activities and team games to teach strategies for dealing with bullying.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design a workshop curriculum focused on practical anti-bullying strategies, especially incorporating tactics and tools by Izzy Kalman and Brooks Gibbs.
- Facilitate interactive sessions that encourage active participation and discussion.
- Create a safe and supportive environment for confidence building.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of bullying issues faced by the age group.
- Ability to design and implement creative and engaging activities.

- Strong skills in creating interactive content and group management.
Results:
