Helpdesk Changes

I need a competent programmer to add a download manager and a forum to a help desk. I need this done urgently. Single signon is a must. You must not be able to access either the forum or download manager outside of the helpdesk. I also may need the look of the system changed.

Please, I need honest people that are willing to work. I dont need lame stories. You either can do the project or you cannot.
