I have some pre-packaged code from a website I want to customize it using ASP and SQL (don't know if it's MySQL or SQL Server). I have 20 pages that have 15 questions each, each questions requires a field in the database, there are 4-5 fields that are common across all pages. Each time a user answers these questions they should be saved into the database.
