asp.net 2.0 design+functionality upgrade

Need to integrate design and functionality upgrades to my site. In terms of design, it will look similar to here: [url removed, login to view], but it needs to be tailored to my site.

In addition, I am looking to make functional improvements to the site and need someone creative enough to think about ways how to improve the site's functionality. So you need to be able to think for yourself and out of the box on how the end-user's navigational experience could be improved.

Also, my site is already working (runs on asp.net 2.0 developer, ms sql server), thus the focus is on creating improvements on functionality and design.

I need someone who can be available on EST time, via skype/messenger to work live while I give you instant feedback (you will be updating onto my test server).

You need to be:

Willing to communicate via skype/messenger as I give you feedback while you are working on the pages.

Since the site utilizes third-party components (telerik), please know how to handle this as I don't want to waste time on you having to learn it. If you don't know how to use it or are new to this, then please don't bid.

I expect the work to last anywhere from 3-7 days maximum. It really depends on your skill, dedication and willingness to work overtime if necessary to make things perfect.

I require you to be accurate and quick and that you don't waste any time. Please have an eye for detail as I don't like sloppy work where pages are not aligned or not functioning properly, etc.
