I am looking for an architect who can assist me in getting my residential architectural drawings stamped and submitted into the TN portal. Seeking a qualified Engineer or Architect to facilitate the submission of a 25-page stamped drawings for approval in Tennessee. The architectural plans, already drawn by an overseas architectural firm, were originally part of a freelance project that excluded the stamp and submission process. As the property owner, I initially intended to personally submit the drawings but realized I need stamp and portal submission by licensed architect. However, recognizing the requirement for a professional submission, I am now seeking a qualified individual for this task. The project has reached completion, and I am prepared to compensate $2500 for the stamp and submission service. Scammers with fake stamp beware, only legitimate architect or engineer will be able to win this proposal because it requires submitting plans through portal and it APPEARS THAT NO ONE WANTS TO SUBMIT ANYTHING ON FREELANCER.COM. BUT SO CALLED "PROFESSIONALS" ONLY OFFER STAMPS THAT CAN BE FAKED. I AM SEEKING STAMP AND SUBMISSION!!! DON"T BID IF YOU CAN"T STAMP AND SUBMIT.
