Comprehensive Business Process Audit

I'm currently seeking an experienced business process auditor to help review various areas within my company. Your main focus will be undetermined but across , Operations, Finance, and Accounting.
We are a small medical legal company with three employees that has grown considerably over the last two years. We are still using the same systems and processes when we first started so many of the tasks are manual and end up being duplicated across systems.
Looking for support from someone who has extensive experience in consolidating IT processes and systems into one along with a practical approach to not over complicating things for a small business.
Freelancer requirements:
- Significant experience in business process audits, ideally across the sectors aforementioned. Your application must demonstrate this experience.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand my company's unique context and challenges
- A strategic and analytical mind
