Please help me to write a business plan to consider this opportunity

A Hong Kong based Consultancy has been approached by a unique stand alone group of Clients and has been asked to consider providing HR OutSourced services to this market (pay rolling, retirement, benefit management, visa / immigration management HR Ad hoc project as required). Prior to entry into this market I would like to have a business plan written on this potential business model.

Due to my current business commitment I am able to provide guidance, market knowledge, client profile, product range, costings, 3rd part provider costs but do not have the available time or resources to dedicate to writing a Business plan .

My expectation of the business plan are standard: Exe Summary, Market opportunity : background, needs, define market size and scope, future view, market potential and realisable market share, product services, proposition how it fits with current business model, sales value and potential margins achievable / budgets in 12 mtgs, 3 years, 5 years , Strategic action plan, including operations and management plans, and financial market plan.

Prior recommendations and portfolio examples of business plans / business analysis /financial markets /Asia would all be desirable and a willingness to work to HKG based timezones. A non disclosure agreement will need to be committed to .

Ideally turnaround is within 10 working days

Should the quality of the work exceed my expectation, additional projects of a similar nature will be available within the next 30 days
