Fix small bug in iPhone App

Dear Coders and Developers,

i have a small UI bug in my iPhone app would like to get fixed.

in the Hours screen (first screen) the controls repeat themselves for the top control (visible without scrolling) and the bottom control (visible after scrolling).

functionally it works fine but try scrolling up or down, you'll see the bug.

I'm attaching the code (without certain intellectual property) for you to check.
