Web content review and Articles for the construction company

we are looking for an experienced copywriter with deep knowledge of building/construction/interior design work in UK ONLY
Initially we need to change and add more information to our web site to help us in achieving higher position in Google as well as better conversion; therefore knowledge of SEO, marketing/sales and PR is required. It is more like web site articles optimisation.
Afterwards we would need 10-20 articles a month that would be interesting for our potential clients. Applicant has to have ability to provide full service from idea proposal to research and publishing.
This will be the project for a long run.
