Great Circle Program Upgrade to 64 Bit Environment

The attached 16-bit program ("EXTRACT") calculates all the great circles on earth that run through 3 or more cities within a given database of coordinates, and a given bandwidth in miles. It automatically outputs a .CIR report listing all the circles found; a .POI report listing all points and the circles they are located on; and an .ANG report listing all angles, miles from the Prime Meridian at which the circle crosses the equator, and three-letter circle name(s) at that angle. See attached "Great Circle Program Notes" for examples.

I have uploaded the following files:

1. A text file of the C source code written in 1994 ("MAIN).

2. The 16-bit executable ("EXTRACT").

3. A text file containing a sample database of 300 cities ("WLD30010").

4. A descriptive PDF ("Great Circle Program Notes).

The goal is to upgrade the code to run in Windows 10 (64-bit). If it would be significantly quicker and less expensive, I could accept an upgrade to Windows 7 Professional (32-bit).

Would appreciate (a) an estimate of the cost and time to complete the work and test it for successful execution;, (b) a description of your experience with this kind of an upgrade;

and (c) your availability for support until the system runs successfully on my Windows 10 or Windows 7 Professional computer.
