C# application to Mute Microphone

I'm in need of a c# application (you can also use C++ DLL, as long as main app is C#)
that will enumerate Audio Input and allow to Mute or UnMute the selected device.
OS: Win10 - 20H2
I'll require all source, FREE from any copyright.
if you use open source DLL or dependency, they must be FREE to be used in commercial product.
EDIT: I Forgot to mention you must not use deprecated com interrop but use the new "recommended way" aka Windows Media Foundation. More info there:

EDIT2: It need to be a Windows Form App (.Net Framework)
EDIT 3: First one to throw a proof of concept (.EXE) will get the awarded
Proof of concept: No aestetic required (can be ugly)
need to show at least 1 Audio Input device (preferably not the default one)
Need to have 2 button, one mute, one unmute
be aware: Windows Media Foundation doesn't have a MUTE nor UNMUTE call, it only got a TOGGLE call
that mean, before muting, you must do something like: IF IS NOT MUTE, THEN MUTE
same thing for UNMUTE
