Virtual Assistant for E-Z to work with professional

Although I prefer someone in Asian countries such as Philippines, India, etc given the fact I like the time zone difference and excellent talent pool, I will consider all serious inquires since the main thing I desire is a GOOD FIT.
Background:
I work full time
I have several entrepreneurial projects that I am working on
Completing my MBA and several certifications
Operate home business
I have family obligations
(So my time is precious and Frankly I am stressed and I need help )
Duties
Research (mainly business related)
Draft new documents such as short 2-3 page proposals
Call or email clients on my behalf, for example "*please call John Doe and inform him I won't make it for dinner meeting"*
Keep me organized with weekly task, if needed
Proof reading and editing
Other assignment as mutually agreed upon
This would be with me and maybe my wife who is my business partner (although she may be hesitant to use a VA)
$40-125.00/monthly. Will consider higher offers if you can prove you are worth the higher fees. If hired will have a fix mutually agreed upon rate.
Some weeks you will probably have nothing to do, and still get paid, and some weeks you may have a few assignments to assist.

**Length of time **
This is the first time we will be using a VA. So this is a probationary assignment (60 to 90 days). This will help us see the feasibility of having a VA. If everything works out fine between us and we see the return on investment then we will extend the contract. All contracts are At-Will so you or us can terminate the contract at anytime.
**Interview**
Will have a short video conference interview to finalist
**IMMEDIATE TASK **
If our interview is success, I will give you several test assignments to review your skill set and see how well we work together.

**Requirements**
? MUST BE TRUST WORTHY and keep information confidential since you will be having access to a number of my personal information. But you not have any of our financial information
? Must have college degree (Prefer assistant with degrees in either accounting, HRM, business, management, English will consider others)
? Prompt response to emails, calls, video calls
? Prior experience virtual assisting a plus, but not required
? Excellent listening and follow-through skills
? Speak Fluent English
? Adhere to deadlines
? Proficient in written English
? Good communication skills
? Excellent attitude, I like people with a positive attitude
? Can put together proposals, reports etc (i.e good technical writing skills a plus)
? NO CRIMINAL Record
Good with research (therefore you will need to have access to peer review journals data base)
Able to write short reports, proposals, brief's, jounrnal summaries
Prefer someone with VA back up, so when you are on vacation someone designated can work on my assignments
**Technology Requirements**
? Skype connection, if you use a better video conference service I am open
? Phone number if you need to contact me or I need to contact you
? IM Chat
? Working email address
? Good computer and internet connection (broadband, or fiber optic)- fuzzy screens and staticiee connections will drive me crazy
? Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
File transfer webware like Dropbox would be needed to save time with emailing
