Transcribe 5 Hours of Digital Voice Files

Hello,
PLEASE - only those absolutely fluent in English need apply. A 10 minute milestone wil be required for those not currently residing in the United States as fluency in English is an absolute non-negotiable prerequisite.
I have 5 hours of digital files that I need to have transcribed (see attached partial project mp3 file). The information contained in the file is of tenant rosters in retail shopping centers and retail buildings in the Northern California Region of the United States. A simple MS Word file is all I need in return. A strong sense of spelling California Street names and retail tenants is a plus, as I do not spell out much of what I have voiced into the recorder.
If this works out with a freelancer, I have several additional files that I would like to have transcribed.
