Email list filter and clean-up

We have a list of approximately 31,000 email addresses that we have collected over the past decade. The list includes both personal email addresses and general email addresses for organisations, administrators and groups. The list needs to be sorted, cleaned up and filtered so that we have one list with only email addresses that DEFINITELY are 100% personal email addresses of individuals. The other email addresses (groups, admin, organisations) must be cut and placed into a separate list. It is very important that we have a finished product which is a list containing 100% personal email addresses of individuals.
If the project is completed to an exceptional level there will be many more follow-up projects of a similar nature.
