Build Excel Report From Wordpress mySQL Database Data

Short version: We need somebody to build an Excel based tabular report populated with live data from an Internet accessible Wordpress mySQL database.
We are a small volunteer run charity .
Our website is Wordpress-based and has a standard Wordpress schema. One of our plugins (Paid Memberships Pro) stores membership related data within our Wordpress database. We want to access that data within Excel for reporting purposes.
Paid Memberships Pro data builds on top of Wordpress data e.g. membership data is stored as Wordpress User Metadata, though it does have a few tables of its own, so the report will need to be relational i.e. relating user accounts to memberships to orders etc.
The report specification will be provided as a simple tabular sheet i.e. rows and columns, all other specification will be at the developer’s discretion i.e. to achieve the requirement. Nothing ‘fancy’ is required e.g. charts, extensive formulas, we just want a table of related data that we can refresh on demand.
Access will be made available to a development environment, though the consultant will be expected to help us implement the completed report within our production environment.
The consultant will be expected to have their own development tools, we will simply provide database access.
The consultant will be expected to provide the report in Excel xlsx format, without restriction e.g. we will be able to modify it per our future requirements i.e. intellectual property rights will be transferred to the KSA on completion of the project.
This is an hour or so’s work for a seasoned developer with Wordpress and mySQL experience.
We don’t mind paying for, and working with, somebody to ‘learn on the job’ but your proposal will need to reflect this in order to manage expectations.
Proposals with a fixed price will be prioritised.
Demonstrable prior experience with similar work is preferred.
