Dating Site

I have someone who has been working on a dating site for me for quite some time now. He has worked hard and done a great job, but due to miscommunication, things have progressed too slow and I need someone to work with him to finish the job. The site I am working on is a dating site that will look somewhat like a cross between [url removed, login to view] and americansingles.com. The person who wins this project will have experience on other dating sites, but I assure you, this will present a new set of challenges. The site must include-

-state of the art instant messaging(the IM box will be present at all times, not one that pops up)

-profiles of members

-search options

-mailbox

-hot lists

etc

In addition the site will have a number of features that will set it apart from other sites. These other features are near completion from this other designer. If you have good feedback and this goes well, there will be a lot more work to do. I will need someone to maintain, update and make additional sites. For this, you will get a % of the subscriptions. There will be heavy traffic almost from day one because of the unique nature of the idea and my marketing ties. So, in exchange for a low price, you will get contintued subscription revenue and many new projects.
