Deliverables:
Front End:
1) Designing a beautiful website, user friendly with editable fields for prices and services
2) Designing forms as needed for the contact or customers to contact sales.
3) To add a section on the home page for a Video clip
4) To add a blog to the site which can be built using ready-made PHP solutions.
4) The site has a top menu of approx. 10 links and 25 sub menu
5) There should be a link called “Support” which opens a new window. In this window we want to offer a clickable icon which allows the customer to download a small file to install in their machine giving the support agent access to their machine (such as TeamViewer)
We also want to have a form from which user can fill in their support request giving details of problem they have which then gets emailed to our support@ email address.
6) There should be an FAQ / knowledgebase section on the site where we can add technical advise or information about how to do things.
7) There should be a clickable link on the site where a registered customer can login, reset password and so on.
8) There will be a page called Domain Checker. It simply searches for available domain for a potential customer, customer can then order it’s purchase to us (NO direct link to our registrar). We charge them our own fee as this is a managed service.
9) There should be a whois checker page for domains
10) There is a Domain transfer page where a customer consent and request their domain to be transfer to our registrar. It will simply be a form which gets emailed to our sales@... Email.
11) There will be a shopping basket mechanism and a gateway (possibly Stripe) to link to the site for payment processing. Since Stripe does not offer PayPal payment, the developer will need to include that in payment options.
12) We offer three hosting packages. This is a managed service, hence we will not give control panel to customer (unless there is a special need for the customer). We show our packages and prices and the option to customer to choose the package they want.
13) Other services that we offer are VPS, Office 365, Backup and storage, CRM packages (i.e. MS Dynamics), Dedicated server, Cloud server (Azure), security software and platform.
14) There will be few standard pages such as About us, Our Team, Vacancies, and contact page.
15) Not all services require immediate payment online, some require collecting customer bank details for regular payment by direct debit or recurring payments (done by gateway).
Backend Design
Backend should make use of MS SQL database.
1) Admin should be able to fully manage the site for menu, sub-menu and the content, for FAQ page, and customer section.
2) Customers should have an account where they are be able to see the service(s) they have purchased and the charges they have paid or will be paying for.
3) Customer should be able to download a pdf version of his invoices.
4) Customer should be able to raise a support ticket from within their account should they want to.
5) Admin section should have a super-Admin as we may want to give access to others to control the site. Super Admin will be myself.
6) A payment gateway will need to be integrated.
7) The payment section should have facilities to sell more services before the customer reaches the final stage. For example if a customer buys a domain, web hosting, data backup, Office 365 etc. should also be offered. (up selling)
8) The site should be mobile device friendly and work on any mobile devices.
The above list may be subject to change or addition later. The above list may change a little during the design process. Any extra work or change that I request, will be compensated.
