Bulk emailer needed to SEND emails

I have a list of emails that need to be sent out and I'm looking for someone:

1. who has the ability to send between 100-200 emails at a time.

2. I will do a sample test to make sure you are capable of DELIVERING 99% of the sent emails.

3. This means that you MUST be white-listed and your account/ISP must NOT be black listed as a spammer. The emails that I require to be sent out are business to business sales letters - NOT anything offensive or illegal

4. This BID IS A TEST BID TO SEND 100-200 EMAILS I WILL HAVE A LARGER LIST LATER - YOU BID THE AMOUNT AND INCLUDE HOW MUCH AND HOW MANY EMAILS YOU ARE ABLE TO SEND FOR THAT PRICE - EXAMPLE - I CAN SEND 100 EMAILS FOR XXX dollars
