Revision of Pi Breakout board to version 1.2

Change 40 Pin GPIO connector to through hole

change 4 pin connector for "Accel" to to JST connector

change 6 pin GPS connector to 5 pin connector (Pinning stays the same GND moves from pin 6 to pin 5)

Change 2 pin connector for screen to JST connector

Increase size of through holes for can chip
