We are looking person to support to make digital rotary viscometer using microcontroller.
Required
1. Basic Knowledge about rotary viscometer, Arduino, Sensors and Motors
2. Concept for torque measurement of motor which is very important & Critical for this project
3. Mechanical part design using solid works or other cad software for Frame , Spindle etc
4. Ardunio connections and code to measure the torque of motor and viscosity
5. Hardware used Bi direction pump, DC/ Stepper Motor and LCD
6. Final ardunio code , Connections for complete automation
7. Project time approx mate 3 months.
We have budget constrain. You need to prove that low cost (< 50 CAD $ )torque measurement of motor via concept and working principle. We are ok to propose the low-cost torque sensor or transducer or any other.
