Report writer data source merge

We require a project to provide a small series of business reports.

We have the templates as follows:

1. Business Review 11 pages

2. Business Plan 16 pages

3. Action Plan 1 to 3 pages

4. Sales & Marketing Plan 1-3 pages

These are all prepared and allow / show fields for variable data to be completed.

We have also produced in excel a data source show all fields and type of data capture plus all lists for drop down lists.

This needs to be developed into a single form to enter data once and from which the entered data can be merged with the 4 templates.

For example the business name will appear on all 4 documents but will only need to be entered once.

We have developed this as far as we can and require a freelancer who has the skills to carefully go through all the templates and the data source to ensure all matches, can highlight any gaps or areas of improvement to ensure the reports flow well, can create a form that the report writer can enter the data (combination of numeric, alpha, free text, drop down lists etc.) and transfer this to all templates.

The end result is that having completed the form the 4 documents can be issued duly completed in word with the ability to edit in order to do any 'fine tuning'

This project needs to be done to an extremely high standard as these are all client facing documents.
