Build Powerpoint slides from Excel data

I want to take several hundred rows of Excel data and create a Powerpoint slide for each row through VBA.
This project has a sample Excel file with 3 records, and a sample Powerpoint slide from the first record. The text goes in a text box on the left side, and the image link needs to go on the right side, preferably scaled to about half the slide. Some image links we have are for very large pictures, and some are for very small pictures, and with different aspect ratios. I want the pictures to be in a box on the right side, scaled up or down to fit width or height max.
I want each slide with a black background, text on the left in white for some of the data and blue for other parts. Multiple text boxes are OK. I want the text for the titles to be sized to fit without wrapping to another row.
Attached is the sample spreadsheet and a sample slide.
I need this completed by 2PM Eastern US time on 8/1/2018.
