Dear All,
I am the COO of Allphins is a data-driven risk analysis software for the insurance and reinsurance market.
Allphins is looking for a data entry freelancer to extract energy data from the web. The tasks require searching for data on specific oil and gas infrastructure projects using Google and entering that data into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
Further details will be provided such as the data points to collect and the names of the oil and gas projects.
Examples of Responsibilities:
- Extracting images of all the UK oil and gas offshore platforms
- Matching a lists of oil fields name with their respective offshore platforms
- Gathering specific information on an offshore oil and gas project such as equity partners, platform’s weight and water-depth
- Work with the Allphins team to identify new ways to extract data
Skill Requirement:
1/ Experience scraping data from the web
2/ Experience entering data into Microsoft Excel
3/ Good English level
5/ Good attention to detail
4/ Understanding of oil and gas projects (preferred)
Work can be performed remotely and would be compensate on an hourly basis.
