We have 4 technical writers in Xian China. I am from the UK and based in Taipei as their line manager. Recently, one of them has left and we would like to replace them but my boss says we need to quantify this. So, i would like someone to design a new excel template that takes their project list (user manuals, startup manuals, translation projects, miscelaneous) and outputs a quantifiable graphic that shows when projects are going over schedule so that i can clearly demonstrate to my boss that YES, we need to replace that 4th writer or NO, the remaining three writers can handle it all.
