Help with Excel Vlookup Formula - Super Quick Job

Please take a look at the attached Excel spreadsheet. I'm trying to do a vlookup where column E fills with the values from column I, based on matching column D with column H.
As I've done it, it's returning #N/A for all, even though row 2 is a match.
I'm looking for a revised Excel file with a corrected formula.
I'm trying to get this done ASAP.
