The task I want done specifically:
I have a Pipedrive application for CRM.
There are numerous pipelines, one of which I have particular interest.
I want to track every person/deal in that pipeline and assess how many emails they were sent in the last month and how many they opened and how many clicked (if clickable)
I would like the results on a spreadsheet where we can interrogate it to look for patterns and give each person an engagement score.
I would like it to be easily updated eg change pipeline or change dates.
This will require working with the Pipedrive API and writing some basic code to obtain this information.
Therefore I'm seeking a developer with an understanding of the Pipedrive API to create customized reports that will shed light on our sales processes, helping us understand our pipeline performance, engagement and likely prospects.
Key Requirements:
- **Pipedrive API Knowledge**: You should have proven experience with the Pipedrive API, capable of extracting detailed data efficiently.
- **Programming Knowledge**: Familiarity with coding, preferably in Python, to manipulate the API data for our specific needs.
