Objective
To gain an understanding of Hospitals and the Health Market in general in Indonesia - is it ready to or already trading EDI Electronic Procurement (eProcurement) between hospitals and their suppliers?
We require the following information is a spreadsheet by public and private hospital in Indonesia
• How many hospitals/groups have above 2,500 beds?
• Provide a list of these with full contact details (contact name, phone, email)
o CEO
o Procurement manager
o IT manager
• What Procurement (Accounting or ERP) system do they have?
• Do they have eProcurement strategy?
• Can their Procurement system generate electronic Purchase Orders?
• How many purchase orders do they place per month?
• How does their accounts payable systems work?
• How are the purchase orders sent to suppliers?(By EDI, Fax gateway, PDF etc.).
• What currency are Purchase Orders in?
• Can their Procurement system accept electronic Advance Shipping Notices?
• Can their Procurement system accept electronic Supplier Invoices?
• Which suppliers do they trade with? (ie. Baxter, Kimberly Clarke, CSL etc..)
• Do they have a central purchasing or is it by hospital or region?
• Do they know of GS1 and do they understand the role GS1 plays in eProcurement?
• If they use eProcurement do they outsource this service or is it supported internally?
