I need a proposal for the design and development of a website for a beauty salon/day spa.
The design is to be flash based or at least with a flash homepage and hybrid inner pages.
The style should be quite zen and should reflect peace, harmony and relaxation while it provides a fun and different browsing experience.
Preferred colour scheme would include black and green though this is not definite and open to suggestions. Green bamboo ([url removed, login to view]:Urh3KG30BuNPhM:[url removed, login to view]) and water should feature at some stage. I particularly like the concept of [url removed, login to view] for the homepage at least but it's just an idea - I'm open to suggestions.
I will opt for the bidder who presents to me the most clear idea of what he has in mind be it through text or mockup (latter preferred of course). The quote needs to be substantiated with a quality portfolio as I am looking for a long term outsourcing relationship with a quality designer.
Once project is awarded, I would require a quality mockup of the homepage and inner page and work will start only upon approval of the mockup.
