Sample Sketch for Permit of Home Side Entrance

I am looking for someone to create a sample sketch for a permit of a side entrance for my single-family home. The purpose of the side entrance is to provide alrernate access to my basement. I am open to suggestions for the design, but would like it to be functional and aesthetically pleasing. Also need the sketch for steps/ small deck that will used to reach the steps from ground.
