Menu Board Re-Design

I'm looking for someone to alter my current design for our menu board. As you can see the color scheme currently uses black, wood, and hints of red. I'm looking for a design that will incorporate more blues and reds. I currently have a raw mechanical file of the project available and will be sent to the person who wins the bid on the project. I'm looking to see your ideas as to how we can remove the black and the wood based colors of the original and incorporate blues and more red.
I have attached one of the slide files below. There are a total of 6 slides that are used in order to complete the menu board.
Second, I am looking for someone to design 2 place holders for the menu board. The file attached to this project has the actual print size and I'm looking for someone to design 2 halves of a menu board to hold the space of a future slide onto the board. The 2 halves will add up to be the size of 1 slide.
Because the mechanical files are available what I'm mostly looking for is a re-design of the menu board with new aesthetics and a new color scheme.
For the red and blue I'm looking to use pantone 18-4434 and pantone 19-1662.
