Create an original logo design for me to use on flyers/mailings/website. ( you can put a watermark to protect yourself.)

Examples of past work are appreciated, but I will need to see what my actual logo will look like before I accept a bid.

I am a realtor and have no business name, but rather am using this logo to promote myself as a brand. I'm open to ideas about the text/verbiage such as working my name and/or a slogan into the design. The finished product should include both my name, which is Michael Long, and "San Diego Downtown Real Estate", "Downtown SD Real Estate", "Downtown San Diego Condos", "Downtown SD Condos", or similar.

The area in which I sell is a city/urban area so traditional style houses in the logo will not accurately represent what I do. This logo should reflect hip, modern, luxurious, city living. I want something bold and unique that will set me apart as a brand from others in my line of work. I would most like something involving the San Diego skyline and have included 2 pictures I like for you to work from. Additionally, I would like a logo that looks good small or large and can be re-sized easily (as I will be using in on both websites, as well as printed materials such as post cards.)

Once I have accepted a bid I would like to be sent the original file.
