2D Artist Needed for Small Mobile Game

I'm looking for a bright 2D artist with a traditional art background to create a handful of assets for a small family-friendly mobile game.
The game requires an abstract, painterly style.
I'll need the following assets:
* 1 scrolling/tiling environment with a few layers of parallax (2 versions -- silhouetted and coloured)
* 1 non-animated character (a skeleton) composed of about 13 individual body parts (2 versions -- one wearing a cloak and one without a cloak)
* 6 different facial expressions for the character
* A few non-animated particles (fireflies, dust, sparkles)
* A scaleable dialogue box
* A scaleable button
* A scaleable thought bubble

The scrolling environment isn't working out in the prototypes so far. I've decided to remove the scrolling environment from the asset list and replace it with a single non-scrolling non-tiling environment.
To make the environment feel more alive, I've added a new requirement: the environment is to be composed of several overlays which slowly fade in and out, and slowly move up and down. I've removed a particle effect from the asset list to account for the new approach to the environment.
I'm also removing the silhouetted environment and the cloaked skeleton from the asset list. I only need one version of each.
To summarize, here's a high level overview of the required assets:
* 1 static environment with several overlays which slowly fade in and out, and move up and down
* 1 non-animated character (a skeleton) composed of about 13 individual body parts
* 6 different facial expressions for the character
* 2 non-animated particles (dust and sparkles)
* A scaleable dialogue box
* A scaleable button
* A scaleable thought bubble
