Graphic Design - Multiple Items: iPhone Game

I am looking for a talented freelance graphic designer to create some graphics for an iPhone Game. I expect high quality, detailed, polished graphics. I have attached samples of the game so you can understand the quality I’m look for. I prefer them to be created in Illustrator but not pardon to Photoshop.
Below are the items that will need to be developed. The chosen designer should propose several mock-ups and then we will discuss them to further define them until we find the right fit.
- Main Menu Background
- Main Menu Title and Graphic
- Border
- Buttons (2 arrow, sound on/off, Game Center, Help, Menu, 2 play buttons)
- Icon (same design scaled to 7 sizes)
- A few words
I have attached a sample layout for the main screen and size. The buttons don't necessarily have to be square but just built within the stated sizes (including any transparent background). I will of course provide more detailed requirements of each item once the freelancer is picked but it will be a snow look scene.
I have also attached a variety of ideas and samples that are implemented into the game to give you an idea of what direction I’m going.
Please take a look and replay with your previous works (and associated cost you charged to develop them). I won’t consider a bidder without samples.
