make 2 adjustments on a docx file

I have a PDF file that was converted to a word docx file, there are 2 adjustments which need to be rendered to make it perfect.
1 -- on top, the logo seems blurry, I can give you pdf and you can compare how logo looks on that and docx file, it has to look more sharp and then moved upwards to same position where its on pdf
2 - the footer text seems blurry or not readable, again compare it with pdf and make sure ti matches on word docx file
