I have two mockups of video monument signs outside on a customers property. The still background is added already. I need to add (in 24 hours) additional text that, when added to the stills in flip-book fashion, will look like the video dissolves between text and original still. This is to show the city what the sign will look like when in operation. I have tried many freelancers and contacts but no one seems to grasp this concept. This is a rush turnaround job; there are two separate signs. If you don't know what a monument sign is, don't bother to reply.
