Build a Website

I have a semi-working website based on Wordpress, I am looking to make some modifications and enhance it. The site is membership/user based allowing members to upload mp3's to their own folders and allowing other site members to listen to the playlist without having access to the actual files.

Enhance the file upload form, currently it only allows one file at a time, Would like to change it to allow multiple files and folder uploads.

Integrate Paypal for optional monthly charges.

Create option to mark playlist as public (default should be private)

Create Index of all available playlists marked as public, with the option to subscribe to them

Create a page of all subscriptions purchased.

Modify Registration page to only require email address and password.

Create "choose Playlist" option for current working MP3 player so user can choose which playlist to listen to.

Please note: NO milestones will be released until At least 80% of the work has been done.. I have been burned too many times and will not scam you out of your work and will pay accordingly but do not ask for Milestones to be released right away without showing any work. Also, do not respond if you cant stay under the $300 cost.. I am willing to pay more but can negotiate once I see your work.. Happy bidding and good luck.
