Requriments
1. Sponsorship package (pdf downloadable format) - Will be Content page with information.
2. Exhibition space booking (Can fill up online and print as PDF and email) - There will be a form and exhibitor can fill up this form and sent request to site admin for a space booking. Site admin will respond and this will be an offline process. Site admin will mark space booked and upload PDF of the marked regularly.
3. Visitors registration portal - To attend any seminar or exhibition, visitor have to register.
4. Seminar Registration Portal - Same as Exhibitor.
5. Hotel booking form - Will be Content page with some information of hotel booking. And it will be an offline process.
6. Visa Information page - Will be Content page with some information of visa.
7. Exhibitor portal which is secure with user name & password which will have access to all the exhibitors who have booked space - User have to register to request for a place or check the status for the booking.
8. Exhibitors database - All information regarding previous booking needs to be shown to exhibitor and who is attending the seminar those also needs to be shown.
9. Sign up for excursions - Same as visitor.
10. How to get there? Page - FAQ page.
11. Other content Pages, About Us, etc.
NOTE: There will not be any payment process in this site.
