Build Bigcommerce Website based on existing design

We are an established company in Australia.
We are looking for a new designer to build a high quality Big Commerce website. There is not much design work to do as we already have an existing website to start from.

We want to create a BigCommerce site with a similar look and feel, but with improvements and changes to the design to make it more SIMPLE, CLEAR and FUNCTIONAL.
1) Keep the header and footer layout very much the same similar / existing coding
2) Less movement on the front page. Reduce the movement to just one rotating banner on the front page. Three or four promotional boxes below can be static.
3) Less small icons on the front page. Get rid of the ones that aren’t needed
4) Include a select your region option
5) Link to three or four Custom pages from the header
6) I would also like to incorporate on our product page of best selling products on the front page maybe 8 or 12 products
7) Ensure optimized for I-phone and mobiles.
8) Links to social network sites such as Facebook and Twitter on sidebar.
This is a very simple project for a talented developer with experience in Big Commerce customisation. We are able to provide all the content, graphics and code. We have all content in JPG and PSD format.
Who we are looking for:
• Good English communication is a must.
• Willing to speak with us as required on Skype (we are in Australia).
• Free to work on our project as a priority. For example, we expect small changes and revisions to be made quickly, within 24hrs.
• We want to be provided with all the coding and design work to us at the end of the project – and we will retain all copyright for the site, code and design work.
• Able to offer ongoing support and development for this and future projects.
• Must be reliable, honest and committed to long term business relationship with us.
We have a budget of $500-750US, but we welcome competitive bids below this amount.
Completion is required in 4 weeks. We have a lot of other upcoming projects too and we hope to find someone who is also capable of or can support us in the following projects that will follow on from this one:
• Photoshop design work for some Ebay templates. EBay Store designs, EBay Templates.
• Designing and Building our Amazon Templates and Stores.
• Loading products into our eBay, Amazon and Big Commerce stores.
We prefer a small-medium size freelancer individual or business who will focus on our projects with we prefer a dedicated developer. There will be ongoing work from us on this and future projects. We look forward to working in partnership with you.
Relationships are important to us - we are based in Australia and prefer to work with a designer who is available to talk in English on Skype during our business hours 8.30am – 5.00pm
