Design 3 Flash based advertisement banners for health website

Hi, I am looking for someone to design 3 flash banners in the following sizes:
728 x 90
120 x 600
300 x 250
The banners have a maximum initial load size of 40 kb and may not have animation longer than 15 seconds. Banners are going to be hosted on [url removed, login to view] for a promotion that we are running
Our website is [url removed, login to view] and our promotion is going to be on Children's Health. The banners will be featuring our two Children's products.
I would like the banners to have the following lines of text:

The ads will only show one line of text at a time, and then some animation will have the text disappear and the new line of text appear.
Ads should also have the two bottles and our website. Images of anything on our website can and will be provided. The images of the two bottles will be provided, as well as anything else on our site if needed.
