This project is about building an eCommerce site (the site) in 1.5 months (Delivered end of November) with both desktop and mobile responsive version, where both customers and our staff can browse our products and buy online. This eCommerce site will be built on Magento 2.2.0 Community Edition (Magento).
In Scope (high level description)
1. Setup server applications
- Web: Apache 2.4
- Application: PHP 7.0
- DB: MariaDB 10.1
2. Compliance with Magento Coding Standard ([login to view URL])
3. Commit to Github every week
4. Pass automated testing component in Magento ([login to view URL])
5. Setup the eCommerce desktop and mobile responsive site with below features:
- Support two languages, Traditional Chinese and English
- Support single currency
- Static content pages with access control
- Dynamic content pages, e.g. form submission, special campaign page, landing pages
- Store locator
- Navigation
- Searching
- Minicart
- Product listing page including filtering, sorting
- Product details page in different versions
- In-store only product and redirection
- Registration, log-in, password reset for both customers and staff
- Shopping bag
- Checkout and order submission
- Email notification
- Promotion code generation and online redemption
- Promotion rules handling on both category and SKU level
- Product markdown/ sale
- Scheduled content static block down to date and time
