Looking for a developer who can create a website for a company that will offer courier services. The site and the app will be in brazillian portuguese. I can myself help you translate from english to portuguese if you need.

The client enter his own adress and the goal adress so the system will calculate how much it will cost, kilometers, etc. It also has do work with an android mobile app so the client can ask for service or follow the asked ones

Once the client has agreed to ask for a service the system will send a message to the closest courier available on that area. If the courier accept, the service start and he can not receive another one until he ends the current one. If he denies another message is sent until somebody gets it.

The system will work on 3 layers: Company, Clients and the couriers

Company has acess to all the database system.

Clientes has access to their own history (previous services, personal info, follow on going services, etc)

Couriers has acess to their own page (money received or to receive, how many hours worked, etc)

The core of the system is whats described but other details need to be in applied. I detail that later.

I dont know wich languages or techs (such as databade language or the host type), we need to make it work, so i need you to give me a hint about that.
