Fix website bootstrap, php mvc, data grid elements

I need someone fix a site with bootstrap, php, Apphp datagrid. When bootstrap menu nav is included the design elements of the rest of the page and components get misaligned. Some components won't work such as a date calender, etc. Bootstrap menu nav drop down over a link wont work/clickable.
Some white space below footer also need to fixed.
Somebody with bootstrap, javascript and php mvc may be able to easily tackle the issue.
