Flash launcher application for Windows

We need a Flash launcher, deployed as a Windows application (projector?). We selected Flash as it gives us some good options regarding light animation, while giving us the option to load an external independent exe. It is very simple in its function.

This launcher will:

1) Open in full screen to be shown on a full HD TV (1920x1080)

2) Show an initial background picture, probably with a good-tasted fade in/animation

3) After a couple of seconds, a bottom menu bar appears as fade in / animation

4) Two sentences are shown on the menu bar as fade in / animation

5) A "start" button in the middle of the sentences will appear, so the user can click on it. The button should be a shape and with a small animation should be shown that the user has to press it somehow (animation/loop?)

6) When "start" presses, the two sentences disappear and 4 words are shown as fade in / animation

6) These 4 words lightly flash, so the user can understand that these words are clickable.

7) When each word is hovered (again in a good taste visual appearance), the background changes with a dedicated background picture. When not, it goes back to the initial background image

8) When each button is clicked: Button 1 will load an external .exe file, Button 2 and 3 will load a video (probably mp4) and button 4 will open an HTML page. If any of these may be loaded directly through the interface, instead of opening external players, even better.

9) The background image resets to the original image, and the user can select a new option to watch.

Details:

1) Background images will be provided. On chat will be described the general look and feel we are interested in.

2) The application will use GREEK characters, so please have attention on the characters encoding.

3) Option to re-elaborate a couple of animations before final delivery of project.

4) The external files (exe, mp4 and html), will be in a dedicated directory. Paths of course shall be relative. :)

Deliverables:

1) The final .exe with the above-mentioned functionality.

2) Source files.

Timeline:

1) Draft delivery in 3 days after project has been awarded.

2) Final delivery in 1 week after project has been awarded. It's more than enough for any iterations needed for acceptance.
