Our growing business has a great job opportunity available for a graphic artist who can meet certain criteria. We are a mortgage/real estate business out of Los Angeles and are creating content to help educate home buyers as well as real estate agents. Plus creating back to back marketing pieces of varying types and strategy pieces for those within the mortgage/ real estate field. Educating people and giving value is very important to us.
If you are an expert and enjoy illustrating processes and concepts in clear & interesting ways you will find this work very appealing. We really value artist who can work with various types of projects whether that means adding a color to an an image so it fits an existing color palette or vector painting an isometric illustration and adding new icons to illustrate a new concept or even reworking an existing piece to fit with our brand style or that which is needed.
We have subscriptions to [login to view URL] and others where you will be able to download unlimited graphics, brushes, photos, actions, mockups, etc to assist you in creating your best work. We are also very driven by education whereas if there is a specific skill we need or that you feel will benefit your work, we will pay for the necessary education via [login to view URL] or similar. Last but not least, for growth and development during your non-working hours,, we provide unlimited free access to tutorials on [login to view URL] as well as [login to view URL]
But, I have to say upfront this job is not for everyone. We are looking for a very unique person who would enjoy contributing ideas and thoughts to the business and help with the successful and rapid creation content for our websites, marketing and social media pieces. In other words, we need an artist who is willing to contribute their opinion and ideas and will really strive to understand the context of the illustration in order to make it the best it can be. We also need that person to be a very careful and follow the exact instructions given if no alternative ideas are discussed.

The Key criteria:
-expert Adobe PS & AI
-knows what the top social media trends are for graphic art.
-Speaks, Reads, and Writes fluent English.

-is willing to work in four hour consecutive blocks (will increase as you gain experience)
-Is willing to learn new things and can be easily trained in other skills.
To make sure we are a good fit, we are hiring for 2-6 hour trials. These “initial periods” will be between the hours of 8am-10pm Los Angeles time but we may contact anyone who is available when we need the help. Once we find the “right fit” we will commit to a set amount of 20-40 hours per week here on the freelancer platform.
