Guide me to build my website projects

I have a fair entry level knowledge in developing websites. I've developed and operated a Shopify shops, and other e-Commerce shops successfully. I don't have an extensive knowledge in PHP and mySQL though, only some entry level knowledge. Now I'm working on developing few website projects, which would be based in Nepal, and have already registered the domain, bought the hosting, set up WordPress and wooCommerce/ WP Commerce and set up my website. As you can see the level of my work, I'm a self taught enterpreneur.
I now want to develop few more websites, and I want some professoinal web developer/ web engineer who could tutor/guide me on how to develop my website. Fair knowledge in Wordpress, Magento, Hosting, Cloud Hosting, email subscription, etc with a good portofolio will be entertained highly. I basically need a private tutor for 1-2 hours per day, time can be flexible.
